Use 1–1.5 tsp of La Luna Tea per 8 oz (1 cup) of water.

Bring water to about 85–90°C / 185–195°F (just off the boil). Steep for 3–4 minutes.

Shorter = lighter and delicate; longer = deeper and bolder.
