Spiritual Bathing

• Pour the water over yourself from the neck down, or stand in a tub and wash downward, visualizing all negativity washing away.
• You can recite a prayer, psalm, or personal affirmation while bathing.

Dispose of the Water

• Many practitioners let the water run down the drain, visualizing it carrying away what no longer serves.
• In some traditions, a portion of the used bath water is taken to a crossroads or thrown toward the setting sun (follow your path and local laws).

Follow-Up Work

• After strong uncrossing baths, it’s common to follow with protection, road opening, or blessing work to fill the cleared space with something positive.
