Harmony tea is a handcrafted, herbal blend with cut and sifted Ashwagandha root, this tisane has easy-going written all over it. Scientifically known as Withania somnifera, Ashwagandha has long been heralded as a relaxation aid by practitioners of Ayurveda, India's traditional medicine. 

Harmony tea is a rich combination ashwagandha, dried fruit pieces, leaves, and flower petals to fill out the flavour and add an additional boost of antioxidants. The delicious, light cherry flavour is 100% all-natural flavouring for a gentle layer of sweet cherry. How to Make a Lavender Earl Grey Latte

1. Steep one serving of tea in a small amount of hot water (about ¼ cup) for 4–5 minutes to make a strong concentrate.
2. Warm and froth your milk of choice — oat milk works beautifully with the floral notes.
3. Pour the frothed milk over the tea concentrate.
4. Sweeten with honey or lavender syrup to taste.
5. Optional: dust with dried lavender or a pinch of vanilla for extra magic.

Butterfly pea flower tea is a beautiful, magickal tea. It's flowers have magickal properties of transformation, serenity, love and protection. It's high in antioxidants which helps to protect your body from cell damage, high blood pressure, and helps slow premature aging. This is a perfect cup to me!

The flowers are deep blue in color with a tinge of purple that colors and flavors the water. The color goes from blue to purple when the pH level changes. Adding something acidic like lemon juice changes the color. It’s like magic!

Butterfly pea flower is a herbal tea and derives from the plant clitoria ternatea, named that because it’s shape supposedly resembles female genitalia. It is common in Thailand and Malaysia. In Thai restaurants, it is used as a natural food coloring or dye for sticky rice desserts and puddings.
