Smudging:

The act of smudging is done with a smudge bowl or Abalone Shell with the appropriate herbs directly lit or burned on a coal or Charcoal Tablet. When using charcoal tablets, the bowl or shell should be filled with sand or a flat stone to prevent overheating the container. Smudging is also done with herbs tied in bundles called Smudge Sticks. In either case the smoke is 'washed' over the person or object with a Feather or by fanning the smoke with one's hand.

A soft, sweet and relaxing oil that will melt away all your stress. Sandalwood & Bourbon massage oil can also be used as a moisturizing beard oil. My husband loves it, and it smells soft and subtle. Sandalwood is a deep, woody scent and often smells like a mix of floral, rich, balsamic, soft, and sweet accents. I added a bit of bourbon fragrance oil to deepen the scent.

Spiritually sandalwood  is considered to have a very high vibration, ideal for devotional and angelic magic. Sandalwood has a calming, sedative effect and aids in meditation. • Hot: 1 slightly heaping teaspoon per 7–9 oz of freshly boiled water. Steep 3–5 minutes.
• With milk: Steep 1 tablespoon in very hot (not boiling) milk with a little honey or sugar for 5 minutes, then strain. Spooky latte achieved.
