How to use this bundle:

1. Spray the room. Mist the Tranquility Magical Spray around your bathroom to shift the atmosphere before you begin.

2. Light your candle. Place the Lavender Beeswax Votive somewhere safe and light it. Beeswax burns clean and slow. Let it mark that this time is yours.

3. Draw your bath. Add the Tranquility Lavender Massage & Bath Oil to warm water. Take a breath. Let it start working before you step in.

4. Wash. Use the Tranquility Lavender Soap to cleanse. Let the water take the day with it.

5. Hold your stones. Keep the Amethyst and Hematite at the edge of the bath or hold them in the water. Amethyst quiets the mind and eases anxiety. Hematite grounds — it pulls restless energy out and roots you back into your body.
