I created this tea for a girlfriend of mine who wanted a herbal support to help regulate her digestion, stomach soothing, but also taste good. It turns out that this is one of my more popular teas and is always in high demand. What was a temporary tea experiment, is now a staple for many!
luxury ingredients: apple, hibiscus, senna leaves, rosehip, pomegranate pieces, papaya, blackberry, strawberry, freeze dried raspberry, spearmint leaves, formosa oolong, lemon pieces.
Add 1tbs. to your tea strainer and steep in hot water for approx 5 minutes. Add sugar or honey to taste.

Brewing method: Hot kettle water poured over 2 teaspoons of dried tea mixture in your choice of tea strainer or ball. Steep for 5 minutes. Add a touch of sugar or honey if desired.
