Moontime Tea is a soothing, hand-curated herbal blend created to support comfort, balance, and rest during your monthly cycle. I had so many requests to create a tea for those monthly symptoms and comfort, and this tea is curated just for that. Crafted with traditional botanicals long used in women’s wellness practices, this calming tea combines warming ginger, nourishing raspberry leaf, cooling mint, and gentle chamomile to create a smooth, refreshing cup designed to help ease tension and encourage relaxation.

Naturally caffeine-free, Moontime offers a comforting balance of floral, minty, and lightly citrus notes with a warming herbal finish. Raspberry leaf and nettle have traditionally been used to support women’s wellness, while ginger and peppermint are commonly enjoyed for soothing cramps, bloating, and digestive discomfort. Rose, calendula, and marigold add a soft floral element associated with emotional balance, self-care, and feminine energy.
