7 Day Candle Refill

7-day refill candles (also called novena candles or intention candles) are a powerful staple in both spiritual and metaphysical practice.
They’re designed to burn slowly and steadily over several days — holding your intention, prayer, or energy the entire time.

You can enhance your candle’s energy by adding:

• Herbs – rosemary for protection, lavender for peace, cinnamon for attraction

• Crystals – place small stones near the base (not inside the wax)

• Anointing oils – rub a few drops around the rim in a clockwise motion to draw energy in (counterclockwise to release)

As you dress it, focus your energy into the candle — you are programming the flame.

Once the candle has finished, observe:

• How the wax melted (smooth, tunnels, symbols)

• How the flame burned (steady or flickering)
  These can offer spiritual insight into your working.

Dispose of leftover wax and herbs respectfully — bury it, toss it in running water, or discard it away from your home (depending on your tradition).

If using a refillable glass candle, simply:

1. Clean the glass with warm water and a bit of salt or vinegar.

2. Place a new wax refill inside.

3. Rededicate it for your next intention.
