How to Burn Sweet Myrrh Resin

Sweet myrrh is typically burned using a charcoal disc:

1. Place a charcoal disc in a heat-safe incense burner or cauldron

2. Light the charcoal until it sparks and begins to ignite

3. Allow it to fully heat until the surface turns grey and ashed over

4. Place a small piece of sweet myrrh resin on top of the charcoal

5. Let the resin melt and release fragrant smoke

6. Add more resin as needed throughout your ritual

Always use in a well-ventilated space and on a heat-resistant surface. A small amount is usually enough due to its strong aromatic smoke.
