Instructions

1. Create your intention.

2. Prepare the herbs.
   Place your herbs in a cloth bag or jar. Pour hot water over them to steep for 5–10 minutes, creating a strong herbal infusion.

3. Fill your bath, or  (traditional bath) you can pour over your head & body in the shower.
   Add the strained herbal liquid into the bathwater.
   (Never place loose herbs directly in tubs if plumbing is a concern.)

4. Enter the bath or shower mindfully.
   As you soak, or pour over your head and body, visualize loving energy surrounding you—soft pink or warm red light.

5. Say an affirmation or prayer, such as:
   “I am worthy of love. Love flows to me and through me.”

6. End with gratitude.
   Allow the water to drain while imagining old energy leaving and new love entering your life.
