It's a powerful herb for peace and harmony, bringing calm to a home or sacred space when added to sachets or burned as incense. Lemon Balm supports spiritual clarity and dream work; place it under the pillow or brew it as a bedtime tea to encourage gentle, lucid sleep and connection to lunar intuition. Lemon Balm is a well-established nervine herb, meaning it soothes and supports the nervous system. It's widely used to relieve anxiety, restlessness, and mild depression, and is commonly taken as a tea or tincture before bed to encourage restful sleep — often paired with valerian or chamomile. It's also a gentle digestive, easing bloating, gas, and stress-related indigestion. To brew as a tea, steep 1–2 tsp of dried herb in hot water for 10–15 minutes.
