How to Use

Apply to your energy points as needed:

• Bottom of the feet to clear, ground, and block negative energy from traveling upward
• Wrists to support energetic boundaries
• Chest and back of the neck for ongoing protection and balance
• add to your bath water for a cleansing bath

Spell Work:
