🔥 How to Burn Frankincense & Myrrh Resin

1. Use a heat-safe burner
   A charcoal burner, brass censer, cauldron, or ceramic dish filled with sand or salt to absorb heat.

2. Light charcoal tablet

• Hold a self-igniting charcoal disk with tongs.
• Light the edge until it sparks.
• Place it in your burner and let it heat for 1–2 minutes until fully gray around the edges.

1. Add the resin

• Place a small pinch of Frankincense & Myrrh resin on top of the hot charcoal.
• It will begin to smolder and release its aromatic smoke.

1. Use in ritual or cleansing
   Move the burner (carefully!) around your space, altar, or objects you want to purify, or simply allow it to fill the room with sacred fragrance.

2. Add more resin as needed
   A little goes a long way—add small amounts to avoid overpowering smoke.
