Bath
- Fill your bathtub with warm water.
- Pour the 8 ounces of Leche De La Mujer Amada Bath into the bathtub and mix well.
- Clear your mind from worries and prepare your body for a bath.
- Submerge your body in the bath for 10 minutes.
- During these 10 minutes meditate and energize your body with desirability and what you want in you life and draw a mental picture on how you are desired.
- Drain the content from the bathtub
- Rinse your Body with fresh water, and begin your day.
Shower
- Mix the 8 ounces of Leche De La Mujer Amada bath in approximately 2 gallons of water.
- Clear your mind from worries and prepare your body for a wash.
- Slowly with a 8 ounce cup pour your mixed bath to your body from the shoulders down.
