Benzoin Resin Incense

Benzoin Resin Incense (Styrax benzoin) is a fragrant tree resin traditionally used in incense, perfumery, and spiritual practice. Harvested from trees in the Styrax family, benzoin has been valued for centuries in Middle Eastern, Asian, and European incense traditions for its warm vanilla-like aroma and its role in purification and blessing rituals.

Benzoin is often considered a “comforting” resin, commonly used to lift heavy atmosphere, sweeten spiritual space, and support calm, focused ritual work. It has long been included in temple incense blends and ceremonial resins due to its ability to create a clean, peaceful, and inviting smoke.

Traditional and Spiritual Uses

Benzoin Resin is widely used for cleansing, blessing, and creating a calm spiritual environment. It is especially popular in altar work and home cleansing where a softer, more uplifting energy is desired compared to heavier resins like copal or dragon’s blood.

It is commonly used for:

• Cleansing and refreshing the energy of a space

• Blessing homes, tools, and ritual items

• Supporting calm, focused meditation and prayer

• Enhancing spiritual rituals and altar work

• Attracting peace, comfort, and emotional balance

• Sweetening and uplifting incense blends

• Offering smoke in devotional or prayer practices

How to Burn Benzoin Resin

Benzoin resin is typically burned using a charcoal disc:

1. Place a charcoal disc in a heat-safe incense burner or cauldron

2. Light the charcoal until it begins to spark and ignite fully

3. Wait until it turns grey and fully heated

4. Place a small piece of benzoin resin on top of the charcoal

5. Allow it to melt and release fragrant smoke

6. Add more resin as needed during your working

Because benzoin produces a rich aromatic smoke, it is best used in a well-ventilated space and always on a heat-safe surface. A small amount is usually sufficient due to its strong fragrance.

Aroma Profile

Benzoin has a warm, sweet, vanilla-like scent with soft balsamic and woody undertones. It is smooth, comforting, and often used to soften stronger incense blends.

Shop Note: Sold as a natural resin incense for spiritual, ritual, and traditional use. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Black Beeswax Candle limited edition, all-natural, black beeswax pillar candle to set the mood, and add a warm glow to your home, holiday table or special space.

Approx. burn time of 35-45 Hours.

Size: 3" pillar.

Black taper beeswax candles are some of the most powerful, protective, and transformative tools in candle magic and energy work.
They combine the natural purity of beeswax with the deep, grounding energy of black colour symbolism, making them perfect for spiritual protection, shadow work, and energetic cleansing.

🌑 Purpose & Energy:

• Black beeswax candles are sacred tools for banishing negativity, protection, and transformation.
They absorb unwanted energy, transmute darkness into light, and create a shield of spiritual safety.
Because they’re made from natural beeswax, their cleansing energy feels pure and stabilizing rather than harsh — like grounding yourself in the earth’s quiet strength.
• ✨Spiritual & Energetic Properties:

Honey Candles® are:

• Eco-friendly and good for your health.
• Made with pure cotton wick.
• Eco friendly dyes and 100% pure beeswax and containing absolutely no carcinogens or hazardous ingredients.
• While other companies often over-dip to achieve colour, Honey Candles coloured candles are always made from solid coloured beeswax created using very small amounts of environmentally friendly candle dye. Using solid colour offers a rich saturation that is unmatched and maintains it's beauty even as the candles burn.

Natural Air Purification:

• When lit, beeswax releases negative ions that help neutralize dust, mold, and pollutants in the air.
These ions bind with positively charged particles (like dust or pollen), making them heavy enough to fall out of the air.
✨ Result: a cleaner, fresher, and more balanced environment — especially beneficial for meditation or sacred space cleansing.

Long-Lasting, Bright Flame:

• Beeswax candles burn longer, hotter, and brighter than most other waxes.
• Their golden flame emits a warm, natural light that closely resembles sunlight, bringing calm and grounding energy to any room.
• Because they burn slowly, they’re also economical and eco-friendly.

Naturally Sweet Aroma:

• Without any added fragrance, beeswax gives off a soft, honey-like scent that feels comforting and sacred.

• This gentle aroma can promote relaxation, reduce anxiety, and support a peaceful state of mind — perfect for spiritual rituals or daily self-care.

The Black Cat Good Luck & Jinx Removing candle is a beautifully detailed figure candle traditionally used to turn bad luck into good luck and reverse a negative condition or jinx. In hoodoo and folk magic tradition, the black cat is a powerful ally for luck work — mysterious, self-possessed, and deeply connected to the unseen forces that shape fortune.

Infused with Madame Phoenix’s own Black Cat Oil — a blend of whiskers of musk, paw prints of exotic dark resins, and delicate purrs of fragrant roots and grasses — this candle smells as magical as it works. Made with pure essential oils, organic soy wax, and a natural cotton wick.

Magical & Spiritual Uses

Turning Bad Luck to Good: The classic use of the black cat in conjure work — burn this candle when you feel like fortune has turned against you, when nothing seems to go right, or when you suspect a jinx or crossed condition is at work. Dress with Black Cat Oil and burn with a petition naming what you wish to reverse.

Jinx Removing & Uncrossing: Work this candle alongside the Jinx Removing 7 Day Candle for a sustained uncrossing working. Add Rue (Ruda) around the base to strengthen the clearing.

Good Luck Drawing: Burn to invite in a streak of good fortune — before a job interview, a big decision, a game of chance, or any situation where you need luck on your side. Pair with Lucky Hand Oil for an extra boost.

Psychic Protection & Familiar Magic: Black cats are natural protectors and spirit walkers. Burn alongside the Black Cat Third Eye Candle for a complete black cat working that covers both luck and psychic protection.

How to Work It: Dress with Black Cat Oil, working upward from base to tip to draw good luck in. Write your petition and place beneath the candle. Surround with Rue or Black Salt to clear and protect as you draw luck in. Always burn on a heat-safe surface.

Handmade by Madame Phoenix. Approximately 3" tall. Burns approximately 4–6 hours. Organic soy wax, pure essential oils, natural cotton wick. Each candle is individually made — slight variations are part of its handcrafted nature. Never leave burning candles unattended.

Let everyone know a witch lives here before they even knock. The Black Cat Magick coir doormat puts a black cat, the witch's familiar, right at your threshold, a fitting guardian for the doorway where you welcome friends and keep out what isn't wanted.

• Natural coir (coconut fibre), sturdy and great for scraping shoes
• Approx. 60.5 cm x 40.5 cm, about 2 cm thick
• Black cat magick design
• Dimensions: H 60CM X W 40CM X D 1.5CM

Care

• Shake out or sweep regularly to remove dirt
• Best used in a covered or sheltered entryway to help it last longer
• Natural coir may shed a little at first, which is normal

When your luck has turned against you, Black Cat Oil is used to help reverse the condition and turn the odds back in your favour. In Southern Hoodoo and conjure, Black Cat products are closely associated with gambling luck, games of chance, money drawing, fast luck, and success when the outcome is uncertain.

This dark brown ritual oil has a pleasant, lightly earthy and warm scent. Use it when preparing for a lottery draw, card game, sporting wager, business opportunity, or other situation where luck, timing, and favourable odds matter. It may also be included in work to break a jinx, clear a crossed condition, reverse bad luck, or draw love. Some traditional Black Cat workings extend to returning a lover or moving unseen and unnoticed.

• Gambling luck and games of chance
• Fast luck and favourable odds
• Money drawing and business luck
• Breaking jinxes and reversing bad luck
• Clearing crossed conditions
• Love and return-lover work
• Mojo bags, petitions, and money-drawing charms

How to Use

Anoint the four corners of a money petition, drawing toward the centre to bring luck and money to you, then fold the paper toward yourself and carry it in your wallet. Apply a very small amount to the outside of lottery tickets, tip jars, cash registers, money boxes, or other objects connected to money and gambling. Keep oil away from printed numbers, barcodes, electronics, and surfaces that may stain.

To feed a gambling or money-drawing mojo bag, add a small amount of oil to the outside of the bag or touch the oil lightly to the curios inside. Speak your petition plainly and name the result you are seeking.

Size: 15 ml glass dropper bottle.

Black Mayan Copal Resin Incense is a sacred tree resin traditionally used in Mesoamerican spiritual practice, especially among the Maya and other Indigenous cultures of Central America. Harvested from copal trees, this dark aromatic resin has been used for centuries in ceremony, prayer, cleansing, and offerings.

Black copal is known for its deeper, earthier and more intense smoke compared to white copal. It is often used for heavy energetic cleansing, protection work, ancestral connection, and creating a strong sacred atmosphere for ritual. In traditional use, copal was considered a sacred offering, burned in temples, homes, and ceremonial spaces as a way to carry prayers and intentions upward.

Traditional and Spiritual Uses

Black Mayan Copal is commonly used for cleansing negative or stagnant energy from people, spaces, and objects. It is also used for protection work, spiritual grounding, and preparation before ritual or divination. Many practitioners use it in ancestral offerings and spirit communication, as well as in altar work where a strong cleansing presence is needed. It is also used to reset the energy of a space before spellwork or meditation.

How to Burn Copal Resin

Copal resin is typically burned using a charcoal disc in a heat-safe incense burner. First, light the charcoal disc until it begins to spark and fully ignite. Allow it to heat until the surface turns grey and ashy. Once ready, place a small piece of black copal resin on top of the charcoal. The resin will begin to melt and release aromatic smoke. Add more resin as needed throughout your working.

Because the smoke is strong and concentrated, it is best used in a well-ventilated space and always on a heat-resistant surface. A small amount is usually enough for most rituals.

Aroma Profile

Black copal has a rich, earthy, resinous aroma with smoky and slightly sweet undertones. It is grounding and dense, making it well suited for serious cleansing and ritual work rather than light fragrance use.

Shop Note: Sold as a natural resin incense for spiritual, ritual, and traditional use. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

The Black Middle Finger candle is Madame Phoenix’s boldest statement piece — a figure candle shaped in the universal gesture of defiance, crafted for those moments when you need to send a clear message back to those who have wronged you. Handmade from soy wax with a natural cotton wick, this candle is a powerful tool for reversal, banishing, and returning harm to its sender.

Black absorbs and neutralises negative energy, making this candle ideal for workings where you need to cut ties, push back, and reclaim your power.

Magical & Spiritual Uses

Reversal & Return to Sender: Work this candle to send negativity, curses, or ill intent back to whoever directed it at you. Dress with Reverse the Curse Oil and carve the name of your target into the wax before burning.

Banishing & Cutting Ties: Use to permanently remove a toxic person, situation, or energy from your life. Pair with Exorcism Oil and surround the base.

Crossing & Enemy Work: For those working in the darker arts of folk magic, dress with Double Cross Oil and burn with focused intention to cross up an enemy or block their ability to cause further harm.

Reclaiming Power: Sometimes the most powerful working is simply asserting your boundaries. Burn this candle as an act of spiritual defiance — a declaration that you will not be diminished, manipulated, or harmed without consequence.

How to Work It: Carve the name of your target or a banishing symbol into the wax. Dress with your chosen condition oil, working downward from tip to base to push away and repel. Sprinkle Black Salt or Rue around the base. Dispose of the remains at a crossroads or away from your home when the work is done. Always burn on a heat-safe surface.
