Each ingredient was chosen for its ability to calm the mind, clear the noise, and bring you back to center. This is your cup of steady.

The Blend

• Green Tea — A grounding base rich in antioxidants; calms the nervous system while keeping the mind alert and focused
• Lemongrass — A natural stress-reliever that clears stagnant energy and sharpens mental clarity; cuts through confusion and overwhelm
• Tangerine Pieces — Bright citrus to lift the spirit and ease anxiety without disrupting your center
• Rosemary — A powerful herb of remembrance and protection; strengthens resolve and keeps you rooted in your purpose
• Sage Leaves — Sacred and purifying; clears what no longer serves and creates space for steady, clear-headed energy

Brewing Instructions

1. Bring fresh water to approximately 80–85°C (175–185°F) — just off the boil
2. Add 1 heaping teaspoon (approx. 2–3g) of loose leaf blend per 250ml (8oz) of water
3. Steep for 3–5 minutes — longer for a stronger, more grounding cup
4. Strain, breathe in the steam, and set your intention before the first sip
5. Re-steep up to 2 times for continued use
