In existence since the 1800’s,  Florida Water is known for its refreshing citrus smell and its strong cleansing properties.  Its strong magical properties have made it a staple in Hoodoo, Voodoo, Santeria and Wicca practices. Florida Water is a staple in every magical practitioners cupboard.

Some spiritual uses of Florida Water include, offerings for spirit, added to purification baths. In cleansing some use it in place of Holy Water. If you put some in a spay bottle, it's wonderful for a quick aura cleanse with a few spritzes. Wipe down your spiritual tools, or any new items you buy to cleanse out the old energy. Because it has an energy cleansing effect, it can help calm you if you have empathic abilities. 

Putting a glass of Florida Water on your altar, or your divination space will clear the air and allow a clearer channel for spirit to communicate to you. 

Add to a floor wash to cleanse an area of negativity.

Florida Water is perfect to wash your hands with after a negative encounter with someone. Adding it to your bath or shower will help refresh you. You will smell amazing and feel positive and clear.
