The Hiatus House plays such an important role in my community. Hiatus House provides crisis support and shelter for women and children in Windsor and area who are fleeing violence and abuse. They are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week providing help and hope for families faced with domestic violence. We also provide education to women, men and children through counselling and group services.

I have been a support for the Hiatus House for years, and for the past 6 years have incorporated this support through Smudge Metaphysical. Years ago, I also had to use their services and went through their Fresh Start Program. The help I received here helped change me and my children's lives. It's a tough road changing life patterns, and they really made a difference.  When you purchase any of my house made products, a portion of your purchase goes directly to the Hiatus House every month.
