Warming chai spices — ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, nutmeg, black and white pepper — ride alongside fruity hibiscus, apple, and rosehip, with calendula and sunflower petals giving it that gorgeous autumn colour in your cup. And then there are the little pumpkin candy pieces. Yes, actual candy. It’s ridiculous and delightful and we are not sorry.

Brewing Instructions

• Hot: 1 slightly heaping teaspoon per 7–9 oz of freshly boiled water. Steep 3–5 minutes.
• With milk: Steep 1 tablespoon in very hot (not boiling) milk with a little honey or sugar for 5 minutes, then strain. Spooky latte achieved.
