A double action candle is essentially two spell candles in one – a black part to reverse and remove negativity and a colour part to attract what you desire. These jumbo candles are used to change your luck, remove obstacles, and draw in healing, love or money.
Choose the colour that most closely aligns with your magical intent:
- Red/Black – to reverse love jinxes
- Green/Black – to reverse money jinxes
- White/Black – to reverse general jinxes
- Black Centre/Black - reversing bad fortune, or turning back a crossed condition or hex upon the source.
1. To work with a double action candle with a black bottom, you will need to “butt” the candle to prepare it so that you can burn the black part first and the colorful part second. Butting the candle means cutting off the top to make it the new bottom of the candle and carving the black part to reveal the wick and make it the new top. By doing this you are essentially “turning the tables” on the people working against you.
2. Inscribe the black half of the candle with your enemies’ names in reverse writing and dress it in a downward motion with Reverse the Curse, Cut & Clear, Clear & Protect, Exorcism, or Oil of Fire oil. Inscribe with your own name on the colourful half and dress in an upward motion with an oil to bring in the improved condition.
3. Inscribe the coloured part with what you want to bring into your life, such as love, money, good health, blessings, peace, etc. You can dress this pat of the candle with the corresponding herbs and oils.
4. Dress the candle with additional herbs and you can affix to a mirror before lighting it. Burn all the way down on a fireproof plat, or in a candle holder. Always supervise a burning candle, and don't leave home until the flame is out.
