Bath

1. Fill your bathtub with warm water.
2. Pour the 8 ounces of Leche De La Mujer Amada Bath into the bathtub and mix well.
3. Clear your mind from worries and prepare your body for a bath.
4. Submerge your body in the bath for 10 minutes.

6. Drain the content from the bathtub
7. Rinse your Body with fresh water, and begin your day.

Shower

1. Mix the 8 ounces of Leche De La Mujer Amada bath in approximately 2 gallons of water.
