Witch of Walkerville Witches Brew Magical Tea

A rich black chai to conjure whatever your heart desires. Mouth enlightening Malabar spices combine with sweet rooibos to create an herbal treat. Milk adds a lovely creamy note and brightness, embling the flavor of toasted oat.  There's nothing quite as comforting as the perfect cup of Witches Brew Chai whether it's in the middle of summer or for cozying up in the winter.

Ingredients: Our Witches Brew Chai is prepared with a blend of spices that include cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, cloves, and black pepper.

Caffeine: One cup of chai - 25 to 55mg of caffeine.

Prepare: Add 1 heaping teaspoon to boiling water, you want the water temperature to reach 200-212° and the steep time to be 3-5 minutes long. A traditional preparation is to simmer the tea in the water for 3-5 minutes, then add milk, simmer a few minutes longer. Add sugar or a drizzle of honey to amplify the flavour.

Brewing method: Hot kettle water poured over 2 teaspoons of dried tea mixture in your choice of tea strainer or ball. Steep for 6-8 minutes. Add a touch of sugar or honey if desired.
