Lavender tea is one of my new favourites.  One of my staff members convinced me to try a lavender latte one afternoon, and I was hooked!  This flowery, relaxing, smooth tea tastes gorgeous and will calm your nerves and bring peace into your day.  Drink a cup to help you sleep, or relax before meditation or psychic work.

Brewing method: Hot kettle water poured over 2 teaspoons of dried tea mixture in your choice of tea strainer or ball. Steep for 6-8 minutes. Add a touch of sugar or honey if desired. Delicious hot or cold and wonderful as a late.
