Simple Grounding Exercise:

Imagine your energy extending down from your root chakra through your legs and into the earth, becoming roots buried deep in the earth. Feel the earth's energy flow up into your body, filling you all the way to your head and then back down and out through your roots. Take back all your energy and centre yourself in your body.

Steep in hot water in your favourite tea ball or strainer. Add sugar or honey if desired.

You can focus on the ground and centre sigil, as it will help you to connect your root to the earth, clearing negative energy from your body, and bringing in stabilizing, grounding earth energy into your body. 

Brewing method: Hot kettle water poured over 2 teaspoons of dried tea mixture in your choice of tea strainer or ball. Steep for 6-8 minutes. Add a touch of sugar or honey if desired.
