Rooibos Tea Benefits:

This Nutcracker tea contains a Rooibos base, which means that it does wonders for your health. Known to be one of the most potent teas in antioxidant content, Rooibos assists the body’s immune system in destroying disease-forming and age-inducing free radicals – all with good taste! Among a myriad of other health benefits, Rooibos also relieves stress, helps with insomnia, hypertension, diabetes, high blood pressure/cholesterol, and nervous tension. How to Prepare:

This is the perfect tea for when you need something sweet but don't want to consume the calories. To enjoy it hot place two teaspoons of loose leaf tea into your steeper for every 12 oz. (350 ml) of water. Let it steep in 100 degrees C (212 F) water for 3-5 minutes.

For a winter treat, prepare Nutcracker hot, add some honey, and pour over a frothed steamed milk of your choice.

This tea also makes for a delicious cold tea. To enjoy it cold, add 3 teaspoons of loose leaf tea for 9 oz. (263 ml) of water into your steeper. Let it steep for 3-5 minutes in 100 degrees C (212 F) water. Add any sweeteners like honey or sugar while it's hot. Once your tea is steeped, pour it over ice and enjoy! Add some milk to turn it into a latte like treat.
