Black Rooster Feather

A black rooster feather in Hoodoo is used for protection and taking off crossed conditions. Place them in a protection mojo bag, or creating an amulet out of several feathers (like a duster) and hanging over your door as part of a protection spell for the home. 

You can also make a broom to use for cleansing negative energy off you or out of your home. 

Add rooster feathers to a smudging fan dedicated for protection to help with cleansing your home.
